Is it necessary to have an account with you in order to shop?
There’s no need for you to have an account with rock&olive to make an order from one of our partners.
If you do choose to have an account it will allow you to make futures orders more easily as your details will be saved.
How do I set-up a rock&olive account?
During your checkout you will be asked if you want to add a password to create an account. It’s that simple.
How will I pay for my purchases?
At this time we are using MangoPay to process all of our payments. There’s no need to have a MangoPay account to checkout as they will process VISA, Mastercard and American Express too.
I want to cancel my order. What can I do?
If you do want to cancel or amend your order please get in touch with us as soon as possible. This is obviously very important if you have ordered a custom piece.
How quickly will my order be processed?
This all depends on the piece you have ordered and the designer. Items in stock are normally dispatched the next day, but customised items can take significantly longer. We will try to keep you up-to-date.
Can I track my order?
The post or shipping of your purchase is carried out by our design partners who are located all over the world. It is therefore very difficult to track all items.
We ask our partners to keep you informed to the best of their ability.

I would like to return an item, what is the process?
After ordering, if you are unhappy with your order in any way then the items can be returned or exchanged hassle-free. Please contact us via phone or email within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or full refund. Terms and conditions apply.
